InDyne Inc., Sterling, Virginia, has been awarded a $417,799,124 firm-fixed-price contract for operations and maintenance of the Solid State Phased Array Radar System (SSPARS). The contract provides for all non-personal services, administrative, financial, and managerial resources necessary on a continuous 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week basis to support the five SSPARS installations/sites. Work will be performed at Beale Air Force Base, California; Cape Cod Air Force Station, Massachusetts; Clear AFS, Alaska; Royal Air Force Fylingdales, United Kingdom; and Thule Air Base, Greenland. Fort Walton Beach, June 2016 -- InDyne, Inc, as the forty-nine percent sole sub-contractor to Arctic Slope Regional Corporation – Communications (ASRCC), is pleased to announce the award of the Vance Air Force Base Operations Support (Vance BOS) contract to the ASRCC/InDyne team. Vance BOS is the re-compete of the former Vance BOS contract which was held by PAE Applied Technologies LLC. Contract award was made on 23 May 2016.The Vance BOS contract manages and executes all base operations support functions to support the Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Nineteenth Air Force, and 71st Flying Training Wing’s mission to train United States Air Force pilots in the T-6 primary trainer, the T-38 supersonic advanced trainer and the T-1 heavy aircraft trainer. Fort Walton Beach, June 2015 -- C. Donald Bishop, CEO and President of InDyne, Inc announced today, “InDyne, Inc, the senior partner of Reliance Test and Technology (RT&T), LLC, a Joint Venture with URS, an AECOM Company, has been awarded the Eglin Operation and Maintenance Services (E-OMS) contract.” E-OMS is a consolidated re-compete of InDyne’s Eglin Test and Training Range contract and URS’ National Radar Cross Section Test Facility contract. Transition from the current contracts began on April 1, 2016 to support a contract start of October 1, 2016. RT&T is headquartered in Fort Walton Beach, FL, and will have operating locations at Eglin AFB, FL, Holloman AFB, NM, and Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

The contract is responsible and accountable for aspects of non-mission support communications for the Eastern Range (ER) and Western Range (WR), and Base Operating Support and Logistics for the ER. Reston, August 2014 -- InDyne is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) contract vehicle. This is an IDIQ contract spanning a 5-year base with a single 2-year option. Period of performance began 21 August 2014. The contract value ceiling is $22B, with a $250 minimum. Places of performance are worldwide and determined by task order. This contract’s primary tasks include providing the full range of IT services, technical and management expertise, and solution-related enabling products to meet the mission needs of the DHS. As identified in individual task orders, information technology solutions/capabilities will support DHS on a world-wide basis.
