Yesterday afternoon, I was asked to represent Mr. Bishop & corporate InDyne at several events at Disney’s Magic Kingdom and EPCOT in Orlando. The first event was lowering the flag at Disney’s main street to honor the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team (WWAST) and the second event was to join the team for dinner/fireworks at EPCOT to honor the members of the WWAST organization and the kids attending the organization’s first annual Kids Camp being conducted at Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex this week.

FORT WALTON BEACH, Fl., August 13, 2012 – InDyne is now a corporate sponsor of the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team (WWAST). Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team members, some still on active duty, sustained severe injuries resulting in amputation while serving their country. As competitive athletes, their armor now includes prosthetic legs and arms along with extreme perseverance and inspiring attitude.   Read more ...

The 7th SFG(A) recently relocated from Fort Bragg NC to Eglin AFB FL. The 7th SFG(A) maintains a continuous presence in Central and South America, conducting Special Operations missions in support of U.S. Southern Command's Regional Engagement strategy. Since early 2002, the 7th SFG has also deployed almost nonstop to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. InDyne’s Operation and Maintenance of the Eglin Test and Training Complex (ETTC) contract added a new Army Support Activity to plan and implement range support for this major new mission on Eglin’s ranges. New facilities for 7th SFG training required relocation of several existing range assets and include several new range facilities.   Read more ...
