InDyne Inc., Sterling, Virginia, has been awarded a $417,799,124 firm-fixed-price contract for operations and maintenance of the Solid State Phased Array Radar System (SSPARS). The contract provides for all non-personal services, administrative, financial, and managerial resources necessary on a continuous 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week basis to support the five SSPARS installations/sites. This is an IDIQ contract spanning a 5-year base with a single 2-year option. Period of performance began 21 August 2014. The contract value ceiling is $22B, with a $250 minimum. Places of performance are worldwide and determined by task order. This contract’s primary tasks include providing the full range of IT services, technical and management expertise, and solution-related enabling products to meet the mission needs of the DHS.
