Fort Walton Beach, June 2016 -- InDyne, Inc, as the forty-nine percent sole sub-contractor to Arctic Slope Regional Corporation – Communications (ASRCC), is pleased to announce the award of the Vance Air Force Base Operations Support (Vance BOS) contract to the ASRCC/InDyne team. Vance BOS is the re-compete of the former Vance BOS contract which was held by PAE Applied Technologies LLC. Contract award was made on 23 May 2016.

The Vance BOS contract manages and executes all base operations support functions to support the Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Nineteenth Air Force, and 71st Flying Training Wing’s mission to train United States Air Force pilots in the T-6 primary trainer, the T-38 supersonic advanced trainer and the T-1 heavy aircraft trainer. Vance BOS functional areas include: civil engineering, infrastructure operations and maintenance, fire department, communications and information technology, environmental, logistics and supply, community services, local purchasing and visual information services.

Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $22,722,306 were obligated at the time of award. This contract was a competitive acquisition with six offers received. The Air Force Installation Contracting Agency, 338th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity.

The contract has a four year, two month performance period. Transition began on 1 June 2016, and contract start is 1 August 2016.
